Muse on weight lose

I started my diet on January 3rd of this year. To date (I weighed last week, weighing myself tomorrow morning), I have lost over 16 pounds! I am soo happy! I love it. My jeans are fitting better and much looser. My goal is to lost another 33 pounds by my birthday (May 25th). If I keep this up I definitely will! If you want my secret, you can comment this post. So far this is the only thing that has worked for me. I am also going to invest a healthy cookbook and start cooking soon. Looking forward to it. I will definitely do a post on that when I start it. :)
